The Ploom X Advanced kit is bladeless; therefore, the mess is minimal. However, the device still comes with a pack of cleaning sticks that you gently insert into the heating chamber to clean; be careful not to damage the contacts!
No. HEETS are specially designed for the IQOS Originals Duo kit. Likewise, you couldn't use EVO sticks with any other heated tobacco device apart from the Ploom X Advanced.
To reset your Ploom X Advanced, close the heating chamber and remove the front panel. Then, press and hold the small button in the middle of your kit with a thin, blunt object until you feel your device vibrate. Once this has been done, pop the front panel back on!
