Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually arrive the next day but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed before 11am Saturday may arrive on Sunday as part of Royal Mail's 7-day delivery service.
Deliveries to some areas may take longer; these include: Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands. Full tracking may not be available to these areas.
DPD/DPD Local Delivery
DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 4 pm Monday - Thursday.
Saturday delivery is available between 4 pm Thursday and 4 pm Friday. Sunday Delivery is available from 4 pm Friday to 1:30 pm Saturday.
You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been dispatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below).
We continue to prepare orders for dispatch on Sundays and Bank Holidays; if you receive a dispatch confirmation on one of these days, your order will be sent the next working day.
BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands
Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 24 and other delivery services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive. DPD is not available to many Scottish Highland & Island areas.
DPD services are not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands; Royal Mail will be offered instead.
Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses.
